1.1Project overview: Shaanxi Non-Ferrous Tian Hong REC Silicon Materials Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture, and has established an electronic and photovoltaic new material industrialized project in Industrial Park, Jiaxian County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province.

2.3招标内容：本项目不划分标包，波纹管维修预估数量为40套，具体内容详见招标文件第五章技术规格书。
2.3Tender content:This project is not pided into tender packages, The estimated number of bellows to be repaired is 40 sets. See Chapter V Technical Specifications of the Bidding Document for details.
2.4项目实施地点：陕西省榆林市佳县榆佳工业园
         2.4 Place of Implementation: Yu Jia Industrial Park in Jiaxian County, Yulin Shaanxi
2.5招标方式：公开招标，资格后审

3、投标人资格要求：

3. Qualification Requirements for the Bidder:
3.1投标人应是合法注册的法人或其他组织，并出具有效的营业执照；
3.1 The bidder shall be a legal person or other organization legally registered and issue a valid business license;
3.2投标人应具备中华人民共和国特种设备制造许可证-压力管道元件（补偿器（金属波纹膨胀节））A级证书（旧证）或中华人民共和国特种设备生产许可证-压力管道元件制造（补偿器（金属波纹膨胀节））B1级证书（新证）；
3.2 The Tenderer shall have the Class A certificate (old certificate) of the Special Equipment Manufacturing License of the People's Republic of China - Pressure Pipe Components (Compensator (Metal Corrugated Expansion Joint) or the Class B1 certificate (new certificate) of the Special Equipment Manufacturing License of the People's Republic of China - Pressure Pipe Components Manufacturing (Compensator (Metal Corrugated Expansion Joint);
3.3投标人不得在“中国执行信息公开网”（http://zxgk.court.gov.cn/）被列为失信被执行人；
3.3Bidders shall not be listed as dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the "China Enforcement Information Disclosure Network" (http://zxgk.court.gov.cn/);
3.4投标人在“中国裁判文书网”（https://wenshu.court.gov.cn）中查询无行贿记录;
3.4 Bidders can check on the "China Judgment Documents Network" (https://wenshu.court.gov.cn) that there is no record of bribery；
3.5单位负责人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的不同单位，不得同时参加本项目投标；
3.5The person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units that have a holding or management relationship, and shall not participate in the bidding of this project at the same time;
3.6是否接受联合体投标：否；
