注册后查看 受中海石油（中国）东海西湖石油天然气作业公司（以下称为“招标人”）委托，就东海西湖石油天然气作业公司海水提升泵进行国际公开招标。现邀请投标人对下列货物和服务提交密封投标： 1. 招标条件 Bidding Conditions： 项目概况：招标人购买6台海水提升泵，海水提升泵备用泵1台 Project Summary： 资金到位或资金来源落实情况：已落实。 Source of Funds: yes 项目已具备招标条件的说明：已具备。 Description of Prepared Bidding Conditions: yes 2. 招标内容：Bidding Contents: 货物名称：海水提升泵 Name of Goods: Seawater Lift Pumps 数量：7台 Quantity: 7 sets 主要技术规格： 1200m3/h海水提升泵5台，800m3/h海水提升泵2台 Seawater lift pump(1200m3/h) 5 Sets ,Seawater lift pump(800m3/h) 2 Sets 交货期： Delivery Schedule: 从中华人民共和国关境内提供的货物：合同签订后5个月内（货到项目现场，地点为中国青岛或天津或珠海或其他买方指定地点） ）For goods offered from within PRC customs territory: 5 months after signing the contract . (arrival date to the Construction Site of Tianjin，Qingdao or ,Zhuhai (From within PRC )or other designated places.) 从中华人民共和国关境外提供的货物: 合同签订后4.5个月内（ DAP抵达青岛港或买方指定的中国其他港口） For goods offered from outside PRC customs territory: 4.5 months after signing the contract . ( DAParrives at Qingdao or other designated places Seaport) 3. 对投标人的资格和业绩要求： Requirements for Qualification and reference of Bidder: （1）资格要求 Requirements for Qualification of Bidder A．如果投标人为境内注册公司，投标人需提供合法有效的企业法人营业执照、税务登记证及组织机构代码证或证照合一的营业执照； 如果投标人为境外注册公司，需提供有效的公司登记注册证明； A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license; The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate. B. 制造商应通过ISO9001（或GB/T19001）质量体系认证。投标人须提供制造商有效的质量体系认证证书； B. The manufacturer of the Bid Goods shall pass Quality Management System Certification ISO9001（or GB/T19001）Certification. Bidder shall provide valid Certificate of Quality Management System Certification of manufacturer. C． 国内产品不允许代理商投标，境外产品接受代理商投标。境外产品使用代理商投标时，投标人应得到本次投标所投产品境外制造商的同意，并提供该产品的合法唯一代理授权书。 C. Agents are not allowed to bid for domestic products, and agents are allowed to bid for overseas products. D. 是否接受联合体投标：否 Joint Venture: Not Accepted E. 未领购招标文件是否可以参加投标:不可以 Bid without the bidding documents：NOT Available （3）业绩要求Requirement for Bidder's reference: 2013年1月至投标截止日（以合同签署为准），投标人所投产品的制造商均应具有至少2台套海水提升泵的供货业绩，且均满足排量不低于1200m3/h、扬程不小于90M、介质须为海水的要求。 （3）Since January 1, 2013 (date of contract) to the date of bid opening.The manufacturer of the products (Seawater Lift Pumps) submitted by the bidder shall have the supply performance of at least two Seawater Lift Pumps(each Seawater Lift Pumps with displacement no less than 1200m3/h, lift no less than 90m, The medium must be seawater). 投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。 海水提升泵业绩证明文件包括但不限于：1）销售合同复印件（含相关技术附件）和2）到货验收材料。投标人所提交的业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：合同签署、制造商名称、货物名称、设备的相关参数（排量、扬程，海水介质）、到货验收材料。 未提交业绩证明文件，或所提供的业绩证明文件无法体现合同签署、制造商名称、货物名称、设备的相关参数（排量、扬程，海水介质）、到货验收材料的，均视为无效业绩。 The Bidder shall furnish reference List in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: 1) copies of sales contract (including technical appendix) and 2) Receiving certificate of arrival of goods. The reference evidence certification furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content show as follows: Date of signing contract, name of manufacturer, name of Goods, name of project, technical requirements ( displacement/ outlet pressure/ shaft length/the fire water medium ) and Arrival acceptance materials. If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate Date of signing Contract, name of manufacturer, name of Goods, name of project, technical requirements ( displacement/ outlet pressure/ shaft length / the fire water medium )and Arrival acceptance materials, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid. 4. 有兴趣的投标人可通过以下方式获取招标文件：从2023年4月2开始至2023年5月止购买
