(arrival date to the Construction Site of Tianjin，Qingdao or ,Zhuhai (From within PRC )or other designated places.) 从中华人民共和国关境外提供的货物: 204月之前（ DAP抵达青岛港或买方指定的中国其他港口） For goods offered from outside PRC customs territory: Before April 1,2024 .( DAParrives at Qingdao or other designated places Seaport)   3. 对投标人的资格和业绩要求： Requirements for Qualification and reference of Bidder:   （1）资格要求 Requirements for Qualification of Bidder   A．如果投标人为境内注册公司，投标人需提供合法有效的企业法人营业执照、税务登记证及组织机构代码证或证照合一的营业执照； 如果投标人为境外注册公司，需提供有效的公司登记注册证明； A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license; The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.   B. 制造商应通过ISO9001（或GB/T19001）质量体系认证。投标人须提供制造商有效的质量体系认证证书；投标人须提供制造商有效的API 17D，API 6DSS，API 6A证书。 B. The manufacturer of the Bid Goods shall pass Quality Management System Certification ISO9001（or GB/T19001）Certification. Bidder shall provide valid Certificate of Quality Management System Certification of manufacturer.Certificate of API 17D，Certificate of API 6DSS，Certificate of API 6A。   C． 国内产品不允许代理商投标，境外产品接受代理商投标。境外产品使用代理商投标时，投标人应得到本次投标所投产品境外制造商的同意，并提供该产品的合法唯一代理授权书。 C. If the bidder is an agent, bidder shall obtain the legal and only formal authorization from the manufacturer of the goods to provide the goods for this bidding.   D. 是否接受联合体投标：否 Joint Venture: Not Accepted E. 未领购招标文件是否可以参加投标:不可以 Bid without the bidding documents：NOT Available   （3）业绩要求Requirement for Bidder's reference: 2018年1月至投标截止日（以合同签署为准），投标人所投产品的制造商均应具有至少2个水下球阀的供货业绩。同时，投标人应提供至少一台28寸900磅或更高规格的水下球阀供货业绩（应用在80米以上水深），或者提供国家级水下球阀科学技术成果鉴定证书。 （3）Since January 1, 2018 (date of contract) to the date of bid opening.The manufacturer of the products (28" subsea ball valve) submitted by the bidder shall have the supply performance of at least two subsea ball valve。At the same time, the bidder should provide the supply performance of at least one 28 inch 900 pound or higher specification subsea ball valve   with a depth of over 80 meters, or provide a national level subsea ball valve scientific and technological achievement appraisal certificate. 投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。 28吋900LB水下球阀业绩证明文件包括但不限于：1）销售合同复印件（含相关技术附件）和2）用户使用证明。投标人所提交的业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：合同签署、制造商名称、货物名称、设备的相关参数（磅级，尺寸,应用水深）、用户使用证明。 未提交业绩证明文件，或所提供的业绩证明文件无法体现合同签署、制造商名称、货物名称、设备的相关参数（磅级，尺寸，应用水深）、用户使用证明的，均视为无效业绩。 The Bidder shall furnish reference List in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: 1) copies of sales contract (including technical appendix) and 2) Use proof documents. The reference evidence certification furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content show as follows: Date of signing contract, name of manufacturer, name of Goods, name of project, technical requirements ( Pressure Rating/ Valve Size/Applied water depth ) and Use proof documents. If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate Date of signing Contract, name of manufacturer, name of Goods, name of project, technical requirements( Pressure Rating/ Valve Size/Applied water depth )and Use proof documents, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.   4. 获取招标文件：从2023年7月开始至2023年7月1止，请注册后查看购买招标文件。
