根###市王家湾板块核心功能定位，为打###市冰雪文化新地标，现组织开###市王家湾冰上运动中心方案国际征集竞赛，欢迎全球优秀的、具有丰富体育场馆建筑设计经验的参赛人前来参加。本次活动将通过资格预审选取6名左右的参赛申请人作为参赛人参加本次竞赛活动。
In alignment with the core functions of the Wangjiawan section in Shenyang and with the aim of creating a new landmark of Shenyang’s ice and snow culture, we are organizing the International Solicitation for the Shenyang Wangjiawan Ice Sports Center Proposal. We warmly welcome talented participants from around the world with rich experience in designing sports venues to participate. During this event, approximately six applicants will be selected through a qualification pre-screening process to compete in the upcoming design competition.

###市王家湾冰上运动中心位###市###市核心发展板块之一的王家湾板块，是辽宁省申办全国冬季运动会的重点工程。王家湾板块###市“一河两岸”稀缺的可成片开发建设的区域，###市建设国家###市的重要空间载体，是促进沈抚同城化发展的重要节点，是###市圈的新经济中心，将打造成为“冰雪文化新地标、北国风光生态带、现代沈阳示范区”。
The Wangjiawan Ice Sports Center in Shenyang is a vital project for Liaoning Province in its bid to host the National Winter Games of China. Situated in Wangjiawan section, which is one of the rare areas open for development along the Hunhe River in Shenyang, this region serves as an essential space for Shenyang’s journey to become a National Central City. It’s also an important node for promoting urban integration between Shenyang and Fushun, and serves as the new economic center in Shenyang’s metropolitan area. Our goal is to create “a new landmark of ice and snow culture, a scenic and ecological belt in northern China, and a demonstration zone of modern Shenyang.”

项目用地面积********公顷，总建筑面积约********万平方米，包含冰上综合馆（********座）、速滑馆（3000座）、媒体中心、全民健身中心。
The project covers an area of ******** hectares with a total construction area of approximately 235,000 square meters, including an ice complex (16,000 seats), a speed skating hall (3,000 seats), a media center, and a national fitness center.

1）冰上综合馆符合举办全国顶级体育赛事及开幕式要求，具备文化演艺等赛后运营功能；
1) The ice complex meets the requirements for national top sports events and opening ceremonies and supports post-Games operations such as cultural performances.
2）速滑馆符合举办全国性和单项国际比赛要求，具备赛后开放运营等功能；
2) The speed skating hall meets the requirements for national and international singles and supports post-Games open operations.
3）媒体中心具备媒体转播、新闻发布、运动员村及赛后商业运营等功能；
3) The media center supports media broadcasting, press release, Games village, and post-Games business operations.
4）全民健身中心****网球、篮球、羽毛球、攀岩等运动功能及文体类素质培训、饮食购物等多元化服务功能。
4) The national fitness center accommodates various sports such as swimming, tennis, basketball, badminton, and rock climbing, and provides diversified services such as recreational and sports training, dining, and shopping.
