Brief Specification Description: This project mainly involves deepening the implementation of the "Five Good and Two Suitable" and beautiful rural construction, and refining the "Ten Villages Joint Creation" to form the first phase of project construction. Mainly including landscape style, public services, infrastructure and other projects. We have selected a supplier through competitive negotiation to provide construction management services for this project.

合同履约期限：自合同签订之日起至项目竣工交付使用。

二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高小微企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持小微企业政策：本项目（■是 □不是）专门面向中小微企业采购，评审时小微企业产品均不执行价格折扣优惠。（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业；

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and micro enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and micro enterprises: This project (■ Yes □ No) is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and micro enterprises, and during the evaluation, small and micro enterprise products will not be subject to price discounts. (2) Support welfare units for people with disabilities and treat them as small and micro enterprises;

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（3）须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织（本项目（不接受）分公司以自己名义参加采购活动）；
（4）本项目不允许转包。承接主体不得将服务项目转包给其他主体。

(ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" , China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) ;
