Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: This project involves the inspection and maintenance of the first-line embankment special shoreline and Dongtan drainage sluice, including the maintenance and inspection management of Fengxian Embankment, Lingang Embankment, Dongtan Phase IV Embankment, two sea-outlet sluices on the south bank of the Dazhi River, and related facilities.

二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：根据《政府采购促进中小企业发展办法》等规定，本项目专门面向中小企业采购。中小企业应当按照规定提供《中小企业声明函》。
