The scope of data security monitoring is strengthened through database audit, and the database security monitoring of each probe is strengthened. The specific content and requirements are detailed in Chapter 3 of the bidding documents - Letter of Purchase Requirements. 合同履约期限：合同签定后60天到货、安装调试并试运行完毕，验收后提供3年免费质保。 The Contract Period: After signing the contract, 60 days after the arrival of goods, installation and commissioning and trial operation are completed, and 3 years free warranty is provided after acceptance. 本项目（否）接受联合体投标。 Joint Bids:  (NO)Available. 二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）扶持中小企业政策：本项目不是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时小型和微型企业产品享受10%的价格扣除优惠；（2）扶持监狱企业、残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业；（3）优先采购节能环保产品政策：在技术、服务等指标同等条件下，对财政部财库〔2019〕18号和财政部财库〔2019〕19号文公布的节能环保产品品目清单中的产品实行优先采购；对节能产品品目清单中以“★”标注的产品，实行强制采购。供应商须提供具有国家确定的认证机构出具的、处于有效期之内的认证证书方能享受优先采购或强制采购政策；（4）购买国货政策：本项目不接受进口产品。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Support for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises procurement, small and micro enterprise products enjoy 10% price deduction concessions at the time of evaluation; (2) Support prison enterprises and welfare units for the disabled, and treat them as small and micro enterprises; See procurement documents for details. Not included in Credit China and China Government Procurement website (********) in the record list of persons subject to enforcement for trustbreaking, major tax law and trustbreaking subjects, and serious illegal and trustbreaking behaviors of government procurement; (2) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization legally established in China; 3. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
