For specific content and requirements, please refer to Chapter Three of the tender documents - Procurement Requirements. 合同履约期限：发出通知后45天（暂计划2025年10月1至2025年11月3）到货并安装调试完毕（具体以采购人要求为准）。 The Contract Period: The goods will arrive and be installed and debugged within 45 days after the notice is issued (tentatively planned from October 15, 2025 to November 30, 2025) (the specific time is subject to the requirements of the purchaser). 本项目（否）接受联合体投标。 Joint Bids:  (NO)Available. 二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）扶持中小企业政策：本项目不是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时小型和微型企业产品享受10%的价格扣除优惠；（2）扶持监狱企业、残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业；（3）优先采购节能环保产品政策：在技术、服务等指标同等条件下，对财政部财库〔2019〕18号和财政部财库〔2019〕19号文公布的节能环保产品品目清单中的产品实行优先采购；对节能产品品目清单中以“★”标注的产品，实行强制采购。供应商须提供具有国家确定的认证机构出具的、处于有效期之内的认证证书方能享受优先采购或强制采购政策；（4）购买国货政策：本项目不接受进口产品。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Policies for supporting small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises for procurement. Not included in the list of dishonesty executors, major tax violation dishonest entities, and serious dishonesty records in government procurement on Credit China and China Government Procurement Network (********); 1. 2. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China. 3. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
